Greetings from Finland!

Our first blog from the frozen north.  After some glitches getting here, a long recovery from jet lag, and the wait for internet, I can blog at last!  We are all doing very well and feeling quite adjusted to life here.  We are preparing for our first Christmas away from extended family and are looking forward to the start of our own traditions as a single family unit.  We are missing our family but are very grateful for Skype and e-mail.  Watch for new posts and pictures as the week unfolds. :)
